BOOKING/CANCELLATIONS Terms & Policies

In an effort to protect our barbers we require a full 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure
to do so will result in the forfeit of deposit, or 50% of the scheduled services (which ever is of lesser value). Same day cancellations
and no shows result in a full service charge - 100% of the scheduled services. It is at the discretion of the business only to apply
service charges as a credit towards future services or deposits in the case of an emergency.

Client understands that they are paying for a service and not a result and that there will be no returns, refunds or exchanges.

While animals do not reside in the space services are rendered, the building the business is located in is considered pet friendly.
Clients accept all risks associated with any pet allergies while on the premises & after their appointment.

All clients that are 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult during the entirety of their appointment. a parent or legal
guardian must authorize services for minors 17 and under for every appointment.

Clients are ASKED to disclose any pertinent medical, Health, or allergy information that may affect or cause adverse affect by
services being rendered to the client. By scheduling an appointment clients are confirm that ALL information provided is accurate
and true. Client hereby releases the providers, VMI Barbershop (Victoria Marie, inc.) and their insurers, employees, and similar agents from all liability of any nature whatsoever, whether past, present, or future, for injury or damage which may occur to client or Client’s family as a result of receiving any service.
